I think the UAC is at fault here. It should have responded with a PRACK for the
183 and then 200 OK for UPDATE.

By "with only G.729a support" he probably means G.729a without silence
suppression support

Hi rich,
You can refer to RFC 3555, even though it doesn't indicate explicitly
how the UAS should react.
