I am getting a P-Asserted-Identity header which contains a special
character (c2bb) in the display name part of it. I looked through RFC 3325
and RFC 3261 for the grammar and following is the grammar for display name -
display-name = *(token LWS)/ quoted-string
quoted-string = SWS DQUOTE *(qdt
