This Offer-Answer is use-case of supporting multiple m-line for SRTP. The
answerer does support SAVP (for media encryption).
Ideally, Answerer should keep the port zero for audio and video m-lines with
RTP/AVP and non-zero port for audio and video m-lines with RTP/SAVP (if the
answerer want
RTCP port attribute becomes mandatory to tell other end
that RTCP port is not the next subsequent port but the one defined in the rtcp
attribute.

Remote SDP can contain rtcp attribute in the SDP which can specified for each
media (m = ) line.
This rtcp attribute will tell us the rtcp port opened by the remote end.

The H264 codec (97,98) has different packetization mode and G7221(102,103) has
different bit rates which is valid to send in SDP.
If the media server supports pack mode 1, then as per the preference(of media
server) it should include the h264 codec atrributes.
