Hi Himanshu, You can also cross-check the SBC side configuration , under "hostname" name it should be the same as in MSS under "General sip config parameter" For e.g. PUBLIC FQDN FOR SIP ACCESS at MSS side should be same w.r.t. Hostname at SBC end. Thanks, T Best Regards sAlil veRmA
