Well, the behavior if they are used in Proxy-Require is specified,
but you should check the RFC to see whether it is supposed to be
used. E.g., the text in sip-parameters talks about using "Pro

The registry for option-tags does not specify which tags can be used
in Proxy-Require versus which are to be used in Require. I
