is there a cli mechanism to project server profile?
Even after update/restart the manual zone serial number is still there. the
zone loads without error. Is it incorrect to think the serial number
should be system populated after and update/restart? There doesn't seem to
be a check mechanism. D

DNS serial num was fixed.
Double check DNS and even /etc/hosts file to make sure it's ok

Are you overriding any configs like DNS? Anything unique about this system?
Change the domain name? host name? You using static IP? Did you change ip?
