Hmm,
Then, the next step will be set the log level of proxy/registrar to
notice at least and merge-logs to see it with sipviewer.

Ummm I've not created a new dial plan... My users are using their
alphanumeric names i.e.: user1, user2, user3... Only the ACD line and
a huting group are given a number (8000)... Is this a problem? I've
tested the hunting group (number 7000), and user1, user2 as members,
and all works fine...
Yes, I did. The steps I've followed are:
1. Create a new acd server.
2. Configure a new Queue
3. Add a new line to the queue with extension number 8000.
4. Add two ACD users.
5. Restart the acd (i've restarted the entire machine to be sure that
all is up-to-date).
5. users can log in by dialing *8
Can it be assumed your internal dialing plan is 4 digits? If so, did you
activate your dialing plan?

Hi all:
I'm new to sipXecs, and I'm trying to test the ACD functions. I've
tried to configure a single queue, with the line 8000 assigned to it.
I've also configured two agents. The agents can log in, and I can see
them logged in in the ACD presence pages of sipXconfig. The problem is
that if I tr

Find out from your telco what they send as a disconnect. Reasonably they
should be able to tell you this.
Alternatively you can look at your logs in DEBUG for the gateway itself
and see what the TELCO sends so you can match that in the gateway.
You can also use an old fashioned digit grabber and
I would like to see some of them to start with. Can you post'em on
sipx wiki? I think you need to ask for an account here.
