Did you backup 3.8 before upgrading it? I would first suggest the issue might be the DB.I'm not sure you can upgrade 3.8 DB schema to 3.11. Maybe to 3.10, but not 3.11. Did you make sure postgres didn't know about your databases before starting over? I'm not the expert on this, but it is possi

[sipx-users] Call TRANSFER fails after same call is "Parked, retrieved"

sipx version 3.10.2, Polycom bootrom 4.1, firmware 3.03b. The call is answered, parked, retrieved. When the call is retrieved subsequent TRANSFER ends up showing the call on HOLD at the phone where the transfer was trying to send from instead. Is this a known bug?
