Ditto. You can always install the ISO to get it up and running in no time, then
upgrade to a dev version if there is a reason to do that.

is where you would normally find sipxconfig.
You should make sure you did not install apache BEFORE install sipx, it
installs its own.

i noticed the package repositories have a fedora8 version. So there we went.
