resource lists.

I don't know if there's a way to do this in the GUI. The
file /etc/sipxpbx/mediaserver-config.in look for:
mediaserver.log.level
On mine I had to use the ipadress of sipx and remove any entry from the phones.
That means only moh for sip trunk calls.

Sipx is sending back a REQUEST: OPTIONS sip:musiconhol...@inagteipaddress
which the ingate sees as a loop
