Hi All, Does anyone know the proper way to configure a Polycom 650 IP phone as an Attendant Console? I am not familiar with doing this and I am more or less trying to do this as all internal dialing and want to simulate an attendant console but without anything coming from the PSTN. Does a

Ranga, Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I didn't find enough time today to try it out. Actually, I am able to see inbound RTP packets from the ITSP. I think it has to be something with the "inbound calls destination" setting. Will try one of the two options you suggested and let you know. Thanks

Hi, I reloaded 3.10.1 and was able to get my Siemens Optipoint 410 advance phones to work with the Polycomm Soundpoint IP 600/601 v2.0 Phone configuration. Then I said lets upgrade to 3.11.9 and do the exact same configuration. After upgrading to 3.11.9 when I make a call from extension 300 to e
