I have noticed that in sipx 3.11.11 when I try to export CDR report, the
callee numbers are not fully shown, only the 4 or 5 first digits are
visible. This happens for every possible format (pdf, csv, html etc).
Has anyone noticed the same ?

i've seen this happen in vm environments... are you running sipx in a vm?
depending on the number of users you have you may want to set your min
and max registration time to 3600 (polycom default), which will
essentially turn off sipx's fancy algorithm for randomizing the
registration times.

Then I strongly recommend upgrading to 3.10.3 - there are some important
bug fixes in registry synchronization (may not be your problem; those
bugs are rare, but they are bad when they do happen
