I tried enabling the ACD features on 450s and 550s running 3.1.3C split
and nothing seems to have come to life on the handsets. Is the feature
completely gone? I can't seem to find a lot o

1) PennyTel (Aus)
2) VoipStunt (EUP)
3) Voipbuster (EUP)

Problem is our site in Asia, it too far for me.

I had toyed with the idea of using MOH, but hadn't enabled it.
I did this and now when I call in I hear music during the transfer.
This is good enough for me. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm not sure there is amagic bullet for your needs until you better describe

So I tried your suggestion, but found that the same thing happens. I also find
that if I dial in and choose to call a direct extension, there is no ring-back.
I get the message of "please wait while I transfer your call", then hear
silence until either someone picks up or it's sent to voicemai
We are on the verge of deploying sipXecs for two sites. We have a bit of wiggle
room on the final deployment date. If 4.2 is around the corner, I'd rather wait
and deploy 4.2. Does anyone have a sense of when we might see 4.2? There are
some features in 4.2 that will be very useful for us.

Is it possible to give the caller waiting in the queue the option to
transfer to a voicemail? I know it can be forced after a certain
timeout, but we would like to give them the option to hold or leave a
voicemail.

(owned by a client, offsite). I do not have access to this router for
