The only auto failover you might see is if it fails to register, ala voip.ms
bandwidth.com gives you some failover which can be added (different ip
addresses as targets) but they had a main proxy issue, and that proxy had a
fiber link running through my backyard where the tornado liked it a lot...

Thanks for the response. I finally got in touch with a live person who
told me they were having gateway problems most of the day and it's just
been recently resolved. So on that note, can anyone recommend a
bandwidth.com alternative around the same price point? Is AT&T pretty
solid? Do any of these
Definitely before 18944. I'll see if Doug Hubler has this on his roadmap
for the opensuse build.

Andrew Sauder wrote these functions - I'm just passing them along. We are
using this on an in-house click to call website - this shows what happens if a
user is NOT already in sipXecs (the end user is on a legacy system).
As far as we can tell - to add a user - you must use SOAP - to add an

If call pickup to a hunt group ever worked then it would have been definitely
broken by the commit in revision 18076. The bug introduced by 18076 got undone
in revision 18944 so presumably hunt group call pick up started working again
after that revision... What rev. Are you using?

This has worked reliably until recently (not sure exactly when, no one

no, its called a crap shoot. Never done it, never will unless it is
functional.
We use a unique line number on each phone in a hunt group (never use the
same) it will never work reliably. Doing a directed line pickup to a line in
the hunt group WIL work.

You can call pickup to a hunt group?
That's actually a new one on me, but I have never tried it before

After transitioning a new deparment over to sipX this morning it came to
my attention that call pickup to hunt groups was no longer working (user
gets fast busy). Directed call pickup works fine. I have snapshots with
proxy and registrar logging set to INFO but they're too big for the list.
