I have a new install of SipxPBX 4.2.1 which I've setup as a high
availability cluster (both installed from CD image method).
Our PSTN gateway is an AudioCodes Mediant 1000 (not managed by sipx) and
the incoming number I am testing with is routed to dest IP address
"2ic.ca" which is the domain
