I would suspect your firewall is not doing a symmetrical nat which will break the audio ::or:: the itsp has a nat function turned on ::or:: your firewall (whatever it is) has a sip alg or proxy functioned enabled. In all of the above the issue is a nat/firewall issue. The ITSP trunk under account
