Customer wants to call forward line to cell phone but see their DID when calls

That's a big ugly step backwards. I would not do that "ever", you will be
fiding it necessary to reinstall sipx from scratch if you try to change
that. It's really not worth it man.
It's your firewall config.

I would suspect your firewall is not doing a symmetrical nat which will
break the audio ::or:: the itsp has a nat function turned on ::or:: your
firewall (whatever it is) has a sip alg or proxy functioned enabled.
In all of the above the issue is a nat/firewall issue.
