Douglas,
After looking at the logs, I realized that the registrar performs it's
own authorization. We therefore need to also get rid of qop checking
in SipRegistryServer. I have committed the change to 4.4.

If it is using OPAL, then Ekiga should behave the same way. I'll try
that path.

Try restarting the presence service first. If that doesn't clear it, try
restarting instant messenger.
I would notifiy your users first if your SLAs require it.

I would like to offer a suggestion to add another user list digest that is
truly only once daily. I attempted to mail the list admin but have received no
response. I like to stay abreast on what is going on here, but hate sometimes
getting dozens of emails daily for this list.
i have enabled server to server federation
everything seems to be setup correctly but i still get a response of
server-not-found from anyone i try to federate with over XMPP

So what is it you want? Did you enable federation?
NOTE: you cannot use bluecloudconsultants.com as a domain alias in sipx and
expect this to work...

you can also check all the other DNS entries as they have also been added
as SRV records
this is what i get when i try to add myself from my bluecloud account to
gmail...
Then you need to have installed the sipx server as the desires xmpp domain.

All,
I thought the bridged-line-appearance (shared lines) were only failing
when call extensions on the old Cisco system. However, this may now be the
case. I just had another stop working.

You can do this with a branch...
put your gateways into a branch that is not shared
put the users you want to use that gateway in the same branch
stack multiple gateways into your dial plan entries...

In the dialing rules I cannot find any option to trigger on the originating
extension.
We need some users to use a specific trunk for all calls. The
Thanks Tony,
I checked, the problem is solved. In the trunk settings the Authenticating user

What is anyway the difference between the 2?
