Unfortunately Polycom completely changed the way they did config files with
3.3.x and newer firmwares. The entire Polycom provisioning system needs an
overhaul to support newer firmware revs. I'd suggest posting to the dev
mailing list to see what the devs need to move this forward.

Hello,
Karel phones are essentially Yealinks. We have up-to-date yealink plugin (
https://github.com/siplabs/sipxyealink) with whatever open license (now
GPL) you need to include it to the build. We are ready to maintain and
improve it. Also we are working on Panasonic SIP phones, jitsi and
VOP
We would love to have their phones supported as well. We've tried to help
them get setup with sipXecs for them to work on the templates.
I believe they still have a couple firmware issues that they have been
unable to resolve with Karel to my knowledge.
All of those plugins would be welcome!

Do you have a list of features known to work (or not work)?
We tried working with them about 2 years ago (they were very helpful and
had a developer sending us nightly builds) but some of the of the
advertised features where platform specific ie (Broadsoft), with no
plans to change.
For example,
See following for issues
-BLA is not finished yet**
-There are still bugs on RLS with IP116 (T28), actually IP118 (T38)
performance is better.
-There is a DSP issue on IP116 (T28), sometimes the phone cant generate any
voice.
-NEW ISSUE: There is a bug on hot desk feature of (T38)
There is a new firmware for T2x in beta state, we'll check.
Never cought DSP one - we have 100+ phones installations and no complaints

I get DSP issues on my Karel 116 from time to time. Seems that the DSP will
lock up and just stop playing anything back (even DTMF).

Hi Joegen,
Have you had any luck tracking down the root cause of this issue?
The problem just occurred again on another one of our systems. It looks like in
addition to sipregistrar on tcp port 5070, sipXproxy also loses some other
persistent connections to various services. Comparing the
Since the remote phones are going through a site router their origination
port should be different for each device (when it is nat'ted), and it will
work.

Hi All
I am having trouble getting audio in my ACD queue in 4.4
I have uploaded the files to the required standard and the
UI has accepted my files. The queue is set to immediate

I do detect a pause in the ring cycle when the
