users.
There was an Improvement request some time ago XX-7873 but it is

Oh, I see. Yes, the phone group was not setup.
What do I do if the softphone is not listed when trying to add a phone
to phone group?

Hi,
we just wrote an article in the sipfoundry wiki about an alternative ACD
solution for SipX/openUC which is based on Askozia.
It’s not a complete guide that describes every feature in deep but it may
guide an alternative way to satisfy ACD/huntgroup related requirements. We

This worked in 4.4 for all phones. Is this a security feature? Is
there a way to include all phones?

Seriously? You did an intercom call to a softphone in 4.4? I guess I never
tried it, assuming it wasn't a feature. What softphones did you
successfully Intercom to?

that is right. I just found out. The phone group intercom

So before getting new hardware I attempted a 4.6 install
which worked without a problem. Now my only question is
under Features in the GUI the only thing that I see is the
Phonebook option. Did something go wrong with my install or
is that the only thing that I will see under Features in
4.6? If
This is just a suggestion... In the dhcp configuration, unless people
think otherwise, it would be nice to have an entry for ntp server.

In 4.4 it was the opposite, we ran everything and you disabled things
you didn't want.

I had one of my sip proxies stop responding today with the below error.
Does anyone know what might cause this (it actually happened on Jan. 1st
when there was a low call volume). Is there a way to increase the queue
limit?

Hi Kyle!
It looks like you may be running into the issue we've seen in JIRA XX10177:
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-10177
Can you please have a look and see if this seems to pertain to your setup, as
well?
Thanks,
Andy
