I am experiencing this issue as well, sipx 4.0.1 on firmware 3.1.2 &
3.1.3 with polycom ip 550/650/670 .

501 can transfer calls and hold with MOH, but when I call outbound via
the same SIP trunk, transfers and hold with MOH drop the calls. Both
sipx and phones are behind the same NAT. Any ideas would be much
appreciated. ,
