Is there somewhere in the interface where you can see if your gateway is
registered? I don't see it anywhere and nothing I search for gives any
info.

I come from the Asterisk world where there is a console that you can see
almost everything happen and errors when there are errors. Also and handy
sip debug where you can see all the sip headers.
