As i dig more and more in Wireshark i came to the conclusion that the
Wireshark information that I just sent you is pretty much useless as I now

All those test have been done on Wireshark on the Computer with the
Softphone on it. And the 192.168.0.253 that you see is the hardphone IP
adresse.

I just finished installing SipXecs on a new VM and when I go to the Service
page under Server I got 2 error. My Sip Trunking failed and my SipProxy
failed the configuration test. The more elaborate error are those :

I try to put the auto-attendant in french and english by redirecting the
main voice menu to an other dial plan by giving him the option LOCALE=""
and I also tryed with a phantom user and it doesn't work either.
