We use an ODBC connection to bill back departments on calls. The normal process that I had followed (allowing remote connections and adding a new user to postgresql) do not seem to be playing well with one another. I set up the database as normal - and sipXecs no longer logs any calls - then I went into server->CDR and saw the Remote Access Address - and entered in abc.xyx.*.* - and restarted those services. SipXecs now has cdrs but my ODBC connection can't connect.
Before I go hacking around too much on my production box - I just wanted to see if there is a certain way this should be done.
