Hi, I am running ACD on 4.4 with latest update (2 month ago). This is a scenario, A call arrives on ACD and puts on hold for just more than 60 sec then after resuming the call it will be suddenly drop and both sides will disconnect! Since my agents have to frequently put calls on hold; this is beco
