SipX 3.10.2 doesn't configure MOH in Polycoms, but Polycom 3.1 firmware
does MOH correctly. The sipXconfig work to support MOH is minor

Yes, the linksys name does not give my business customers the "warm and
fuzzies".
The problem with the Nortel phones is that the product line is so diverse. You
have Nortel, then you have LG-Norte
