Details on the test and environment are below, but the general question is: should BLA work at all?
I'm happy to gather data and debug in detail but before I do I'm just curious if BLA still too green to bother testing with. I've read this page http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Bridged_Line_Appearance for background, I'm interested in the 'current' state of the art in this area as this page seems to imply it should basically work. Thanks, -Eric Varsanyi Environment: sipXecs designer EDE build, SVN 17748. Mixture of Polycom 650 and 335's running 3.3.2. Freeswitch SVN 16425. FC12. The test: an inbound call from a Patton 4114 FXO goes to the AA (via '0'), the caller enters 223# which transfers to hunt group extension 223 which is a hunt group with a single user in it, 233. 233 is marked 'shared' and is registered as the 2nd line on three 650's and three 335s. What I expect: pressing the flashing button on another extension should transfer the call there and allow the user to speak to the held caller. What happens: appearance rings on phones as expected and can be answered on any of them via switch hook. Other phones show the line as 'in use' while that answering phone is offhook and talking. If the call is put on hold the line button flashes on all the phones. If the flashing button is pressed (one or more times) on any but the extension that answered the call a weird little animation of an upside down telephone handset plays next to the button but it does not pick up the call. The call may be picked up on the original extension w/o issue. Tried resetting to 'first run' state and adding just 2 phones, 1 user, and 1 FXO bridge with same results. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
