that did it for me.just to clarify, i'm running "sipXconfig
(4.2.1-018971.dhubler 2010-08-21T04:59:18 build34)" and the work around
mentioned in ISSUES xx-8438 fixed my problem. _i can now do huntgroup
pickups with *78.

It used to be in the system but had to be removed... The phone trying to
pickup a ringing call had to query all phones to find out which one was
ringing... once you got above about 10 phones this generated a ton of
traffic.

call pickup is *78. It is a directed call pickup. i.e. "200" is ringing, to
pick it up, dial *78200.
There is no built in global call pickup method for the system though.

Hello All,
I have a client that desires a globla call pick up feature. The feature is
listed in the feature list but I cannot find the configuration for this
feature. How is this accomplished and where are the parameters configured?
