[sipx-users] Homer timezone and missing lines

Homer is now working (mostly) in 4.6. However, I see two issues. One is a frustration, the other a bit more serious. The first issue is that although Homer correctly shows the local time on its web page and the search output has all the correct timezone, the actual search window is taking time
