Hello,
You do not need a password. Having a user name does not mean you HAVE
to also have a password. Leave that field blank in your ITSP screen.
However, user name is mandatory for the account because all ITSPs
seem to need it and it is usually (but not always) the DID that they
assigned to you
How do I setup a ITSP with no username and password and they base it upon
IP.
