Hi, the old acd system of sipxecs supported different answer modes (circular, linear, longest idle, ring all). As far as I know OpenACD works Circular with Wrap-up time etc. Is OpenACD able to behave like the old acd system configured with answer mode “Ring all” (one incoming call, all phones
