I do have it working that way. I agree with Douglas, I have better luck just defining the directory, without all of the rest of the stuff in front of it. Be sure to check your permission - they tend to be set to root, and need to be changed to sipxchange. I just started with a fresh installatio

Hi Todd, Users, I want to have some phone models get one firmware version, and others a different one. I've made a directory under my tftp root eg polycom7000 with the firmware I want the 7000's to get. Next, I modified the file .cfg and added the below line: http://sipx1.server.
