Hi, i installed sipxecs 3.10 and created some users. i'm trying to connect to sipxecs from softphones, but i can't login. in the logs i see :
SipRegistrar:"Unable to get credentials for '[EMAIL PROTECTED]', realm='xxxx.com', user='anebi'" In some posts i read that i shoould have a file called credential.xml under /var/sipxecs/sipdb/ i don't have any files under this directory. In job status page i see that all jobs are completed. What can be the reason for this error above and how can i solve it ? What i need to check? Thanks in advanced!
