Just ran sipxecs-setup on a fresh install of 0.0.4.5.2 and answered the basic questions. As expected, got: Configuring system, this may take a few minutes... After ~15 minutes, the java process owned by user sipx is _still_ using ~130% CPU. Wait for awhile, then see: error reading
