I haven't seen this mentioned yet, but I've been dealing with it recently so I thought I'd pass it along.
Music on hold is broken by default for the VVX-1500 for the 4.2.x releases, but the fix is fairly simple. All you have to do is add sip: to the MOH uri under line settings. Doing so will also fix the broken audio issue you are likely to find when using BLA/SLA on the VVX. -Jim
