that I was investigating I have forced only to G711alaw. Maybe if it has never
been implemented before it could be great to have G711alaw support for people
not using ulaw (out of USA)

I don't know if it's use G711ulaw only, but I don't see the interest to have
only one codec able to do click to call functionnality. I'll add g711ulaw to my
list of codec tomorrow morning and repeat the test.
