Scott is right, there is no way to do that now, but there would be a way
to do that with a personal AA for outside calls coming in I think, just
not at a user level where each user can dial "0" to achieve this same
effect.

I think this can be done via the personal AA, then you could assign a different
Operator via a GROUP, assigning the users accordingly.
i.e., usergroup200 has a Personal AA that defaults to ext. 200 when pressing
"0", usergroup300 has a Personal AA that defaults to ext. 300 when pressing
"0", et
