[sisuite-users] how are the files in /usr/share/systemimager/boot/x86_64/ created?

What creates the files in /usr/share/systemimager/boot/x86_64/ ? I have run this on a Ubuntu system when fetching an image from a golden client and it sometimes doesn't get created? What exactly happens to create the kernel and initrd.img files? I am running some debs converted from rpms version
