Possibly a very silly question but is your Keychain working with other
applications? This couldn't be a corrupt keychain, could it?

I have set the Skim preferences to be asked whether a password should be
stored in my key chain. However, it never does.
Also if I set it to "always save passwords to the key chain", it never
does.
