Hello,
Looks like your Sks-recon is not available on Port 11370 - Port 11370 is
closed for a reason.
The second thing I noticed is that your web interface can't access your
Keyserver - searching for a key is also not possible.

(my namesevers had issues last month but not anymore), and the
tests at [1] goes all OK for me.
Maybe someone knows why the keyserver is still not inside the pool
