option, which is something I did several versions back.
It just occurred to me that maybe some screenreaders see the ads and others
dont. NVDA certainly doesnt see them since I unchecked the Allow Targeted

7: I have Skype 7.1.0.105 here, the latest version of Skype, and that option
is still there. By default the Privacy Setting dialogue shows basic options,
but, as I pointed out before, you need to go into Advanced Opti

then it doesn't work because I had that option unchecked but I was still
hearing "advertisement" each time I opened a chat window.
The 5 euro donation for Microsoft solved it though.

Heres how to get rid of them in Skype 7.1 for Windows, without spending any

a call to phone by Skype, but I found that it costs ~ 22 cents, so much more
