As submissions are closed, I take my time with libembl libmarkosya and
mkvtoolnix. And now my question;
I am thinking of making the libs with both shared and static libs. And
thoughts or comments.

numbers have been 1 and 2? If there's no particular reason that's fine with

As you have probably already seen the new version of mkvtoolnix does
not actually need an external libebml and libmatroska any more.
