PDCurses is now included in the distribution source of THE 4.0 and is not
needed as a separate package anymore.
Mark Hessling is one of the original authors of PDCurses.
It can be dropped as a package for Slackware 15.0 if no one else is using
it.

what Patrick Volkerding uses for Slackware.
This makes it easier to promote a SlackBuild if Patrick accepts it into

My checksum does not seem to be working...
Can someone please remove the THE.tar.gz from the pending list or
send me the correct checksum?
I have a newer better build of THE to submit.

By PR/MR I assume you mean git?
I'm retired, I don't do git,
I spent over 30 years using source code version control systems and I
hate them all.

I have a new build of 6.8.0p2 for Slackware 15.0 but Slackbuilds.org does
not allow me to update.
Does anyone know when we will be able to update our SlackBuilds for
Slackware 15.0?

The latest version of audio/mpd 0.21.22 does not actually build on
Slackware 14.2
The build stops soon with this error:
mpd.SlackBuild: line 81: meson: command not found
meson and ninja are included in Slackware current but not on 14.2

The most recent update to OpenSMTPD 6.6.2 is wrong for Slackware 14.2
and is for Slackware-current only
The correct OpenSMTPD 6.0.3p1-5 for Slackware 14.2 is in the pending que

This fixes a critical security bug.

There is a patch on forum.canardpc.com that fixes the problem:

Dimitris asked me if I would like to take over this package.
I accept.
There is a new patch in order to upgrade the package
from 3.4 to 3.6 which will be submitted shortly.

for someone with alsa to test the pulseaudio side of
things.
So instead of an alsa-pulseaudio switch perhaps we should allow two sets
of packages, the standard ones with pulseaudio and another set with alsa.
Maybe have a naming convention or separate directory?
