libgsasl is out of date (1.8.0 --> 2.2.0) and over 10 years old. Is
there any reason for this?
I am asking because it is a very optional dependency of mpop.

Both mpop (1.2.6 --> 1.4.18) and evilwm (1.1.1 --> 1.4.2) are out of
date.
The maintainers email address bounced for me.
They should probably be removed or updated.

The AIDE slackbuild is missing what I would consider to be important
configure options notably:
--with-posix-acl
to detect changes in the ACL with tools like setfacl
--with-e2fsattrs
to detect changes like chattr +i or chattr -i
