I'm trying to get the slide client working for integration with one of
our customers. Whenever I try to connect however, I get a 405 from
them. My understanding is that they are using apache's mod_dav on
there end. They have yet to give mea technical contact on there end,

My guess is that you are connecting to a server that is only speaking
HTTP. I would look at their mod_dav installation / configuration.
