Doh! Spoke too soon. Yes, the mkraid finished happily. Then the mdcreate raid1 /dev/md0 /dev/hda2 /dev/hdc2 finished happily. But the mdadd -ar now returns: /dev/hda2: no such device /dev/hdc2: no such device /dev/md0: no such device Sigh. ;) I think I'll make my own raid using cp hehe. It
