Hi all,
I thought I'd post this for the benefit of the archive.
I got my middle click working by unplugging the mouse from the PS/2
port and plugging into into the USB port (the mouse is a USB mouse
with a USB-PS/2 adaptor).

ROFL, but my KVM doesn't do USB.
