I have had a spectacular lack of success with installing Xandros Open
Circulation version 2.01 ( which I got from Lankum, Sydney...lest you
think I stuffed up the download etc... ;-).

I just read that you might have a rprint (equinox terminal server) tar

Since you have previously installed Mandrake, I suggest that you boot with
the Mandrake CD and select CUstom Install. As part of the install process
you will then be able to use DiskDrake to partition your hard drive.
Delete the existing Mandrake partitions then exit the install process.
Then

Hi Jan,
Rather than copying bzImage around the place how about
make make modules_install make install
or
make help
to see the full list of options, which from memory you can make an rpm
package which you can then

I've managed to solve this (details of original problem below solution).
When upgrading from RedHat 9.0 to Fedora Core 2, there is a change made to /etc/X11/XF86Config. I don't know whether it changed with Core 1 or 2, as I skipped Core 1.

I have taken the latest steps suggested by James Gregory, as I will outline

It depends on how far back you define archival. By my definition of
archival there is no digital archival medium. Archival to me means being
able to store information
