Not sure if TeXmacs has been mentioned, but its basically in the same vein as Lyx, except better in some aspects. The main difference is that TeXmacs isn't exactly just a GUI ontop of LaTeX -- it uses its own format and commands (which are quite similar to LaTeX), however it recognizes LaTeX comma
