to escape M$ stupidity and carping on about it, I would however be
interested in any information that can help avoid paying the Microsoft
Tax whenever I buy a computer. I have now installed a number of

but I didn't do that did I? I asked how to buy hardware with Linux as
the OS instead of M$, why is that considered off topic? I thought that

Supermicro, Intel and Compaq rack mountable hardware to name a few,
all offer on and off site warranties, and don't generally come with
an OS...
