Hi everyone,
Along with many of the other benefits of being a financial member of
SLUG, you can now get your own @slug.org.au email address, so you can be
"A real SLUG dude"[1]!

Not only that, but as long as you stay a financial member of SLUG (and
why wouldn't you be) you can keep this address, whether or not you
change ISPs, or have your mail hosted elsewhere.

Provided you already have a real-world email address, you can have
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to forward to, say, a mail account provided by your ISP.

Of course, as with all things the rules as such are:
        * Don't use the address for spamming or any illegal activities
        * Try to avoid having large attachments sent to your address
        * SLUG holds the right to close the forward at any time, with or
without notice
        * Despite implementations of redundancy, SLUG may not be held
liable for any loss of mail
                                                                                So,
you ask, How can I get mine?
Names for your slug.org.au address come on a first-in first-served
basis, and are up for committee discretion, so be quick and sensible!

Simply email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your first & second choice of
name for your slug.org.au address, the email address you wish to forward
it to and your name and SLUG membership number.

If you prefer, you can also see any of the SLUG committee at the next
meeting.

Cheers,
The SLUG Committee
